UCR Registration
Register for the 2025 & 2026 UCR. Normal processing time to receive your certificate is 1-2 business days.
All interstate businesses that are located in non-participating states are still subject to UCR.
Participating States
Below you will find the states that participate in the UCR program.
Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, and Wisconsin
Non-Participating States
If your company is located in any of these states and you travel across state lines, your company may be subject to the UCR.
Arizona, Hawaii, Florida, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, Oregon, Vermont, Wyoming, and Washington D.C.
Please note that all interstate businesses that are located in non-participating states are still subject to UCR.
